Is a slow paced meditative practice where we hold the postures from 3 to 5 minutes to apply tension , compression or strech to the energy lines for energy stimulation. Yin yoga targets the conective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones and even the joints that normally are not excerside very much in a more active style of asana practice.
